The NJRUI series at a glance

NJRUI produces four double-wing models. The 9ft-wide unit is the freight champion: 27.5 m² expanded, packing up to six sets per 40ft high-cube. The 20ft model expands to 35.2 m² (2 sets per 40ft HC). What comes inside a double-wing unit

Units leave the factory finished, not as flat packs. Standard scope: galvanized steel frame, insulated panels, broken-bridge aluminum windows (sliding, outward-hung or floor-to-ceiling), high-end anti-theft door, LED lighting, AU and EU standard sockets, water heater, pre-fitted kitchen and dry/wet separated bathroom. Floor plans range from 1 bedroom + living to 4 bedrooms, and air conditioning, smart toilet and solar-ready options can be added.

Why buyers choose expandable over flat pack

A flat pack house needs local assembly labor and time before it becomes usable. A double-wing unit arrives finished: crane it down, unfold, hook up water and power, and it is a furnished room the same day. For remote sites with scarce skilled labor, or for resorts that need rooms generating revenue fast, the expandable box saves weeks — the extra freight per unit is usually worth it.
